A hallmark of Moncur is the ability of the agency to help complex brands clearly define themselves. Construction is one of Moncur’s specialties. Many construction companies have complicated business offerings and few employees seem to know how to talk about what they do.

 

Ragnar Benson was in a similar position. Despite a long history in the Chicagoland region, the company had changed so much that it mostly coasted on its reputation. The new owners wanted to change that. They hired Moncur to redefine and reinvigorate the 100-year-old heavy construction contractor’s brand.  

 

After numerous interviews with employees, executives, clients, and even competitors, we created a 19-page messaging deck that allowed the company to speak with confidence about where they’ve been and where they’re going.
